Everybody was so impressed that they could come back from the boat cruise and be able to sit down at the table and be served such amazing entrees and mains. Sarah and her team went above and beyond what we expected of her, to help out wherever she could to help make our day special! She was just brilliant! We have nothing but positive thoughts and would like to sincerely thank her for making it such a memorable occasion. The food and service were flawless, everyone commented about the great staff and variety of food. The food provided was of an extremely high standard, innovative, well presented and delicious. Her staff were courteous and always a step ahead of what we needed – in fact we didn’t have to worry about anything – so thanks for that! Sarah was a delight to deal with from the moment we met her, she went out of her way for us to source linen, glasses, cutlery and crockery. She even did a pick up of our flowers, from our florist, on the way to our wedding venue – nothing was a problem for her. I would highly recommend Sarah, Forte Food Catering, for anyone considering having a catered function.

When Ben and I started planning our wedding, we wanted to prioritise the reception and put on a good party for our friends and family. Getting the catering right is a major part of a wedding both financially and in terms of the atmosphere. Sarah and her team were a major part of our day. She listened to our needs and designed her menu accordingly. Flavour, style, and food that was made with love are what we’ll always remember about Forte Food. Our guests are still talking about it six months later!

Sarah, thank you so much for the amazing food and wonderful service you provided for our wedding in February. With Josh as a chef I can understand it can be daunting cooking for a fellow chef but you were so keen and supportive. It was such a hard decision choosing from the menu, and Josh wanted everything as soon as we tasted the first canapé. We had so many awesome comments from our guests about the food, they were so impressed with the quality especially knowing everything was cooked in the portable kitchen. The waitresses were lovely and friendly, very professional and helpful. Thank you so much again!

What an incredible wedding dinner our ‘foodies’ could scarcely talk – to busy eating ! Everybody said they didn’t think they could eat another bite – then dessert appeared – empty plates only left ! We were so thrilled our reception meal was absolutely the dining experience we wanted our family and friends to enjoy. The Dutch and Estonian canapes were devoured by the more experienced eaters amongst us – and utterly enjoyed !
